*I'm really an amateur, so if i post food that i think is healthy, but it isn't, sorry!

19 year old girl from the Netherlands. I have been 'chubby' since i was about 12. When i was 15-16 i lost about 10kg and i have stayed that way till now. But i never ate really healthy, and i never did exercises, so i thought i should change that, and my blog really helps me! Started this blog the 9th of june 2012

Benefits of eating a color-filled diet: 
White fruits and vegetables

 Contain nutrients such as beta-glucans, EGCG, SDG, and lignans that provide powerful immune boosting activity. These nutrients also activate natural killer B and T cells, reduce the risk of colon, breast, and prostate cancers, and balance hormone levels, reducing the risk of hormone-related cancers.

 Orange and Yellow fruits and vegetables
